At this time we do not have Reflex mattresses in showrooms or retail stores, but they do come with a 100 night sleep trial. This means that you can try your mattress out for 100 nights. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us and we will assist with our return process.

All Reflex mattresses are compatible with box springs, adjustable bases, and platform beds. To ensure proper support, platform beds must have at least 5 support legs and slats that are no less than 3 inches wide and no more than 4 inches apart. Please see full details here.
We recommend spot cleaning your mattress with a damp cloth or sponge. The use of bleach or other harsh agents can cause stains or damage that could void your warranty. Do not remove your mattress cover as it will void your warranty.
I recently moved into a new place and decided it was time to upgrade my teenage daughter's mattress. I'm a firm believer in investing in a quality mattress because sleep is one of the most important aspects of life. To this end, although "mattresses in a box" have risen in popularity, I've only ever purchased traditional mattresses because of the support factor. I researched the Reflex Elite mattress and was intrigued by the concept and the positive reviews. My daughter is an athlete and recovery is important. I wanted to wait to write this review until she was able to test the mattress for a few weeks. At first she felt the mattress was firmer than she would have liked, but she was accustomed to a much softer mattress. I kept telling her she needed a firmer mattress for support, and this hybrid mattress was an excellent compromise. After settling in, she has come to appreciate the firmness and says she has reduced back pain. She also loves feeling cool throughout the night because her previous mattress often made her feel overheated. I'm thrilled with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.
The package arrived overnight, packed in a large box (similar in size to a hanging wardrobe moving box). You will need two people to carry the box because no matter how small they compress a mattress, it's still a mattress in a box and weighs accordingly. The mattress is well wrapped, making unrolling it very easy. Once the seal was broken, the mattress inflated very quickly.…
Overall, this mattress works very well. I have noticed that I wake with less overall pain and seem to sleep deeper. I wouldn’t say it is groundbreaking, but I’ve been happy with it. The combination of foam and springs is new to me. It does give the mattress top a bit of sliding sensation if you sit on the edge of it. As a couple with combination sleep positions, this mattress worked well to support our needs. I am very impressed with its ability to provide pressure relief. It feels like it is too soft at first, but once sleeping on it, the mattress really works to support healthy positioning. I didn’t notice a major cooling effect. It definitely supports recovery and deep rest though.

This is my first time ordering a mattress in a box, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality. The Molecule Reflex Pro Hybrid 12" was easy to unpack and set up, and only took around 10 minutes from start to finish. The mattress is pretty heavy, so you might need a helper.
The mattress is shrink wrapped, and it expands once you puncture the shrink wrapped plastic bag. There is a bit of off-gassing and it takes a few days for the mattress and foam to fully expand. It was a little too soft for me on day 1, but the firmness had increased noticeably by day 4.
Overall, this is a great mattress and is very comfortable.
My husband and I own an RV and we're currently "upgrading" so when we travel, we travel in luxury and comfort. The mattresses in RVs are....less than quality, and I'm so glad we spent the extra money as this mattress is worth every penny. The comfort is top tier so far and I'm looking forward to the luxury, comfort, and fantastic sleep from this mattress. I was a little concerned because my husband and I have different preferences for mattress firmness, but so far we're both pleasantly surprised and happy with the quality of sleep that we're getting.
